I see several problems with this. 1) Assymmetrical thrust caused by two independent engines. 2) Steering linkage solution, to get the right toe-in or toe-out. 3) A non-steerable handle bar for the non-driver, you don't want someone else affecting control. 4) Coordinated braking of both fronts, both rears.
A side car would be more practical.
